Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks were in a visibly cheerful mood ahead of Wednesday’s Central Division clash against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The festivities carried over to their post-game media availability sessions after the Bucks successfully took down the Cavs, 126-116.
Giannis was all smiles as he spoke to the press after the game. In fact, he even busted out a couple of jokes as he discussed a memorable moment in the victory.

The moment in question came in the third quarter of Wednesday’s game courtesy of Khris Middleton. The three-time All-Star shocked pretty much the entire basketball world by throwing down a fastbreak slam over Donovan Mitchell.

It’s obviously not every day that we see this type of play from 33-year-old Khris Middleton. So much so, that even Giannis was taken aback by this totally unexpected turn of events:
“Khris is dunking the ball all of a sudden,” Giannis said. “Dunked last game, dunked this game. I don’t know what’s going on. I made the three this game, last game, too. Like, we switched roles. I think Khris Middleton is in my body. Actually, no. I’m ni Khris Middleton’s body. He’s in my body.”

If Middleton keeps up this pace, he could be in line for a call-up to this season’s NBA Dunk Contest.
