Basketball fans will be treated to quite a matchup on Monday night when the Denver Nuggets host the Milwaukee Bucks. Both teams have amassed 32 wins this season and are within striking distance of the top spot in their respective conferences.
It goes without saying that Monday’s showdown is going to be a big game for both squads.
Denver Nuggets’ Injury Report Vs. Milwaukee Bucks
The defending champions Nuggets have submitted their injury report for Monday’s bout and the fans will be glad to know that there aren’t any surprises. Denver has done a commendable job of staying healthy of late, and this is going to be the case again on Monday against the Bucks.
Vlatko Cancar (left knee surgery) and Julian Strawther (right knee sprain) are the only two players on the injury report apart from their two-way/G League guys. Otherwise, it’s a clean bill of health for the Nuggets when they host Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. at the Ball Arena.
Giannis Pops Up on Injury Report
Speaking of Giannis, the unfortunate news for the Bucks is that their talisman popped up on the injury report yet again. The former back-to-back MVP has been a bit of a regular on the injury report of late, but perhaps there is a bit more cause for concern this time around now that he’s listed with a new illness.
The silver lining here is that Antetokounmpo is considered probable to play. You just know that Giannis isn’t going to miss an opportunity to battle it out on the court with Nikola Jokic.
