The Milwaukee Bucks poured it on on Tuesday night in what turned out to be an offensive clinic against a helpless New York Knicks side.
It was a close game in the first half as the Bucks entered the break with a precarious three-point advantage. Milwaukee, however, shifted gears in the second half to hit the Knicks with haymaker after haymaker. In the end, New York just couldn’t recover, and they ended up losing in blowout fashion, 146-122.
Milwaukee Bucks Record Season-High 23 Triples Vs. Knicks
Milwaukee’s three-point shooting was on point in this one. A clear testament to this fact is how they drained an NBA season-high 23 triples against the Knicks. They knocked down 60.5 percent of their 38 attempts from deep in this one, which simply put, New York just had no answer to.
Malik Beasley led the way for the Bucks with six triples for 18 points. Damian Lillard wasn’t far behind with five of his own. According to Dame, Tuesday’s shooting clinic is proof that the Bucks are finally getting on the same wavelength as a unit:
“I think it shows that we’re starting to share the ball better,” he said. “Passing the ball on time and on target. When you execute you get quality shots. We got a lot of good players on our team. If we play the way, we gonna have a lot of makes.”
I see no lies here. You have to note that the Bucks were missing two of their top marksmen on Tuesday as well with both Jae Crowder and Pat Connaughton sidelined with injury.
AJ Green stepped up for the Bucks in a major way, draining three triples in just 15 minutes off the bench. Khris Middleton, MarJon Beauchamp, and Cameron Payne all knocked down three apiece. Bobby Portis, Brook Lopez, and even Giannis Antetokounmpo joined in on the fun with one triple each.
As Lillard said, they have more than a few capable shooters on their roster.

It was just a couple of nites ago the Bucks wereon their way, after a disappointing nite by the Knicks, I guest they had one of those nites. Word around the NBA is that on any given nite, ANY team is beatable.
