Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley has taken a lot of stick for his actions in the dying seconds of Thursday’s Game 6 loss to the Indiana Pacers. This does not come as a surprise considering how the feisty veteran got into it with a Pacers fan positioned behind the Bucks bench.
Hall of Famer turned NBA on TNT analyst Charles Barkley has spoken out about the incident and he doesn’t have too many nice things to say about Pat Bev.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Patrick Beverley’s Controversial Fan Moment
Apparently, a Pacers fan had been heckling the Bucks all game long. With two and a half minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Beverley had head enough. He exchanged words with the said fan and ended up throwing a basketball in the direction of the supporter:

Beverley actually threw the ball twice. During the first time he did it, he hit a female fan on the head, who for her part, did not seem to have anything to do with the incident in question.
Charles Barkley Calls Out Patrick Beverley
Beverley has been heavily criticized for his actions, and you have to say that to a certain extent, he deserves it. Charles Barkley also jumped on the bandwagon as he ripped Beverley apart for the latter’s inexcusable behavior towards the fan:
“Listen, I’ve done stupid stuff and I got criticized,” Barkley said. “That’s just wrong. He’s gonna get suspended for that. And that’s gonna be a good one, too. ‘Cause he didn’t do it once. He did it twice.”
Barkley could be on to something here in terms of the NBA penalizing Beverley for his actions. We shall soon find out.
