For the second time in three days, the Milwaukee Bucks suffered defeat at the hands of the Indiana Pacers. This is after Tyrese Haliburton and Co. took care of business on their own home floor, scoring another impressive 142-130 victory over the Bucks.
Not only has Milwaukee now fallen to Indiana twice in a row, but the Bucks have also lost their fourth out of five encounters against the Pacers this season.
Milwaukee Bucks Coach Adrian Griffin Sounds Off on Loss

The Bucks don’t have much time to take in this defeat, though, which ultimately, could actually be a good thing for them. They now travel to the West Coast to face the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday in the second night of a back-to-back set.
Bucks head coach Adrian Griffin isn’t undermining Wednesday’s defeat against Indiana. However, the rookie shot-caller wants his boys to move past this loss quickly to turn their attention to what’s to come:
“You gotta shift our focus to San Antonio,” Griffin said, via Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “We gotta put a great game plan together as a staff. They gotta go out and execute. On the road in the NBA you gotta perform, you gotta bring it and I always say, nobody is going to feel sorry for us. Who cares if we lost two in a row? We can’t pout, we can’t hang our heads. And that’s not the DNA of our group. We have high character guys. They’re going to respond greatly.”

Coach Griff clearly has all the confidence in his team and his players. He is adamant that the Bucks are going to bounce back quickly as they look to remove the bad taste in their mouth courtesy of the Pacers.
Waiting in the wings for the Bucks are Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs, who have won just five games throughout 2023-24. Milwaukee can’t afford to lose on Thursday.
