Two Milwaukee Brewers players have been active on social media recently and have had cryptic posts. William Contreras was first as he unpromptedly posted an emoji of eyeballs. This left fans speculating as to what it could mean. Now Carlos Santana has followed suit by posting a video from the Brewers introductions during the Wild Card Series.

Unseen in the post above is Carlos Santana commenting on his own post. He replied to himself CS41. At this point there is no information available as to why he posted this video, but fans have had several thoughts as to what it could mean.

The last time Carlos Santana posted a tweet before this one last night was way back on April 4th. Just speculating, but was William Contreras’ “eyes” tweet a hint that a Santana / #Brewers reunion prior to Carlos formally reaching free agency is in the works? https://t.co/gkRQa3th91

Some are hoping this means Carlos has agreed to terms with MIL. Or, it could mean he’s saying goodbye. He’s a nice role player, and I assume he would be cheaper than Canha. That said, he can’t play LF/RF like Mark and he’s well older, so is far more likely to decline in 2024. https://t.co/y4rppGAGDv
