The Milwaukee Brewers, and several other teams, future with Bally Sports has been up in the air for quite some time. Over a year ago Bally Sports, which is owned by Diamond Sports Group as well as Sinclar Broadcast Group and Entertainment Studios, filed for bankruptcy and reportedly was not paying some organizations money that they were owed.
Bally Sports filing for bankruptcy and not paying certain ball clubs created lots of friction among business owners as well as anxiety among baseball fans. From a fans perspective regional sports networks are the main way that people have access to their hometowns baseball games because larger streaming services, like MLB TV, have local blackout restrictions.
During the middle of last year’s baseball season a few teams cut ties with Bally Sports and had to pursue other means of televising their baseball games. For a while there was an impression that all contracted teams would be in the same boat at some point during the 2023 season.
That never ended up happening and now according to a report from Bally Sports itself they have a deal in place that will allow baseball to continue to be streamed through the conclusion of the 2024 season. The caveat is that starting in 2025 they will have to transition to someone new.
Milwaukee Brewers games should continue to be televised on Bally Sports for one more year.

Bally Sports provided the following statement in a court lining after agreeing to a deal with creditors.
These actions give MLB and its clubs the clarity they demand in their Objection concerning the future treatment of their telecast rights agreements and give them time to transition to another broadcast partner before the start of the 2025 MLB season. These actions will also minimize the risk of disruption to fans as the Debtors expect to continue broadcasting through the 2024 MLB season.

Teams that have contracts with Bally Sports include the Detroit Tigers, Miami Marlins, Cleveland Guardians, Kansas City Royals, St. Louis Cardinals, Minnesota Twins, Cincinnati Reds, Los Angles Angels, Atlanta Braves, Texas Rangers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Milwaukee Brewers. It is possible that a few of these contracts terminate before the start of the 2024 season. Bally Sports did announce that the Minnesota Twins and Bally Sports are no longer partners.
