Jordan Love has a big question mark regarding his future in the NFL and where he will be playing. After Aaron Rodgers signed his extension to stay with Green Bay, Jordan Love immediately knew he wouldn’t be starting for another year or two at least. Here is Love’s full response to the current situation:

I was super happy for Aaron obviously, the dude deserves it. Personnally for me it just means that I’m about to be a backup again for this year. That’s all I can control right now. I was happy for Aaron but at the same time I was just kinda like argh.
I’m still here and I’m still gonna do my job. I’m still competing to be that guy if he wasn’t here or if he is here. And like I said he’s not here right now so I’m getting all the one reps. I’m looking at it as I’m the guy right now.
Jordan Love has handled this whole situation with a great attitude. From the day he was drafted he knew he would be the backup and he has handled it extremely well. We wish nothing but success for Love no matter if that is with the Packers in the future or not.
