Green Bay Packers Vs Los Angeles First Half

During the first half, the Green Bay Packers managed to score a touchdown in the first half, which was their first time since Week One. The score at halftime was 7-3, with the offense finally clicking and producing positive plays. However, penalties continued to slow down both sides of the ball. The Packers gained a total of 151 yards, and Aaron Jones scored the only touchdown of the first half.
Unfortunately, the Packers have only scored ten points or less in the first half of all eight game so far in 2023.
The Packer’s defense also looked excellent in the first half, holding the Rams to 91 total yards and forcing a fumble. Carrington Valentine had an outstanding half as he stepped up after the Rasul Douglas trade.
Kenny Clark was carted off the field after a shoulder injury.
Anders Carlson would also miss another field goal to close the half.
Green Bay Packers vs Los Angeles Second Half

Packers would start the second half would start with two straight possessions with a fumble, one by Dontayvion Wicks and the other by Aaron Jones.
Aaron Jones finally got the workload that fans have been eagerly anticipating. He had 20 carries, gained 73 yards, and scored a touchdown. The offense showed a lot of potential but still has room for improvement. While they made reasonable progress, there is more work to be done.
The Packers’ defense performed exceptionally well throughout the game. Despite the absence of Matthew Stafford from the Rams’ lineup, they managed to limit the Rams to just 187 yards in total and forced two turnovers. Additionally, the defense did an excellent job of getting off the field while keeping the Rams’ time of possession to just 24 minutes and 44 seconds, compared to the Packers’ 35 minutes and 16 seconds.
Christian Watson would leave the game with a chest injury after a contested catch.
