Injuries were a big buzz on the second day of OTA practices around the NFL Tuesday. The Packers saw one of their key starters leave practice with an apparent injury. The news broke hours after former Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Allen Lazard suffered minor injuries during their practice with the New York.
According to Matt Schneidman with The Athletic, linebacker Quay Walker sustained an injury. He talked with the Packers’ head trainer before leaving the practice field to go inside.
Quay Walker off to the side with head trainer Bryan Engel while starting defense did red zone. Helmet off and he’s been crouching over.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused Walker to go inside or talk to medical staff. The 2022 first-round pick is expected to be a key part of the defense this season. He suffered an injury in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings but was back for the Week 2 game.
Green Bay Packers fans react to Quay Walker’s injury
Packers fans reacted to the apparent injury shortly after it was reported. Here are the best takes on Walker needing to leave practice after talking to the medical staff. The responses, unfortunately, were pretty much fans unconcerned with his injury status. Many fans made references to his two ejections last season…
As long as he isn’t swinging on them, I’d consider that progress.

Is the medical staff safe?

Did he get ejected from practice like he does in games

Let’s hope he doesn’t try to throw hands at him

I personally think that Jordan love is going to struggle all year. Top management does not have a decent backup quarterback. Green Bay Packers are going to need a lot of miracles this year.
