Green Bay Packers: The New York Jets had a disastrous start to their 2023 season.  While they came out victorious in a spectacular way, they lost their four-time MVP quarterback for the season.  Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles just four offensive plays into the season.

While Zach Wilson Is their starting quarterback going into Week Two, they have a former Packers star listed as their “emergency quarterback” on their depth chart.

Against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2, New York Jets coach Robert Saleh announced that Randall Cobb would be the “emergency quarterback” behind Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle. While at Kentucky, the 13-year NFL veteran played quarterback (as well as wide receiver and return specialist).

He completed 62 passes for 689 yards and five touchdowns. During his three seasons in Lexington (2008-10), Cobb also rushed for 1,313 yards and 22 touchdowns, caught 144 passes for 1,661 yards and 13 touchdowns, and returned two punts for touchdowns.
