The Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are getting ready for a “must win” Week 15 matchup on Sunday.  Both teams sit at 6-7 and are right in the middle of the NFC playoff race.  The Packers can remain in the seventh playoff seed with a win.  The Buccaneers are fighting for the NFC South title with the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons.

Obviously injuries will play a major role for every team as the season nears its’ end, and today the Packers had a massive update regarding their young star wide receiver Christian Watson.

Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reported that Watson is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday’s contest.

Watson is on the brink of missing his second straight game after injuring his hamstring in the team’s win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 13.

Watson was ruled out for the Giants’ game last week after he was unable to practice all week. Ultimately, Green Bay lost in New York 24-22.

The Packers will likely rely on wide receivers Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks if Watson is unable to go.  Hopefully Watson is able to play in the team’s final few games as they continue to fight their way to the post season.
