The Green Bay Packers had everyone back at practice on Thursday, but Friday was different when linebacker Quay Walker was riding the exercise bike during team stretch. According to Rob Demovsky, Walker will be added to the injury list later today.

The only player who did not practice was Rudy Ford, who was dealing with a hamstring issue. Also, everyone’s statuses should be good for Sunday against the 3-5 Los Angeles Rams. Head coach Matt LaFleur will announce later what the injury for Walker is heading into Sunday against Los Angeles.
Quay Walker has been one of the Packers’ best defensive players this season. He has recorded 66 tackles, one interception, one touchdown, and three pass deflections. If Walker were sidelined against the Rams this weekend, it would be a massive loss for Green Bay’s defense.
Green Bay Packers Need Quay Walker Against the Los Angeles Rams

Walker is one of the best linebackers in the NFL, and he is only getting better with more games and reps. Quay Walker practiced on Thursday, but he has been dealing with the injury report this season as well. Walker has yet to miss a game this season, and if it happened this season, it would be the first one.

Eric Wilson would start in Walker’s place if he were inactive. Wilson has recorded 19 tackles this season for Green Bay and has recorded no other stats. Wilson would be starting alongside Devondre Campbell at the inside linebacker position. Walker needs to play in order for Green Bay to try and end their four-game losing streak with a 2-5 record on the year.
