This is part one of a two part series dedicated to the Milwaukee Brewers hometown Skipper: Craig Counsell. Be sure to be on the lookout for part two, which will drop next week. My fellow Brewer fans know Craig Counsell is our hometown hero; he grew up in Whitefish Bay, played for our Brewers in 2004 and 2007-2011, retired as a Brewer, was a part-time color analyst on air with Uecker for us for a bit while serving as a special assistant to Doug Melvin, and currently serves as our faithful leader. Earlier this week Packers Legend Jordy Nelson appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” and McAfee asked if he was going to play for the Packers again. Jordy jokingly replied “yes,” but it is a fun thing to think about. https://twitter.com/PatMcAfeeShow/status/1263885636420993026 Jordy retired from the NFL after the end of the 2018 – 2019 season. This means he’s only one year removed from NFL football which makes coming out of retirement, not a crazy thought. This also isn’t the first time Jordy has mentioned coming out of retirement. Shortly after he announced retirement he appeared on “The Dan Patrick Show” and…

Second year Packers receiver, Marquez Valdes – Scantling, obviously has opinions about the Packers drafting Jordan Love just like everyone else. Many expected Packers to draft help for Aaron Rodgers, but when they went and drafted Jordan Love lots of speculation and controversy followed. Recently, the Packers wide out went on “The Zach Gelb Show” and layed out his thoughts on number 12. It’s kind of the same thing when he came in learning under a great quarterback like Brett Favre. Aaron is going to plan on being our quarterback for years to come until he’s ready to stop playing.…

The Texans wide receiver room has changed a lot from the end of last season. The team traded All Pro wide out Deandre Hopkins. Then the team traded for Brandin Cooks after acquiring Randall Cobb from free agency. The team now goes into the season with Will Fuller, Randall Cobb, and Brandin Cooks as the projected top guys. This creates question marks for a guy like Kenny Stills who has more to offer than to be a complementary piece. Many experts project him to be on the move, and Green Bay could use the help. Why? The Packers clearly went…

The Packers wide receiver room is without a doubt a question mark outside of Davante Adams. Allen Lazard has shown that he’s capable of making plays now and then. The Packers signed Devin Funchess, but his deal is more of one where the Packers are hoping he can be the player he has potential to be. However, a team that was one game away from the Super Bowl is going to need a little more than hope. Dez Bryant is healthy, available, proven, and could really boost the Packers offense. Health Dez Bryant hasn’t played in a game since 2017.…
