Milwaukee Bucks news: There is still a lot of doubt surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo’s status for Tuesday’s must-win Game 5 bout against the Indiana Pacers. The former back-to-back MVP is still dealing with a lingering calf injury that has prevented him from suiting up all series long.
Unfortunately, it does not sound like Giannis will be able to help his team on Tuesday night.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Giannis Antetokounmpo Doubtful to Play in Game 5
The Bucks have already submitted their injury report for Tuesday’s game, and there has been no change on the Antetokounmpo front. Officially, Giannis remains doubtful to play with a left soleus strain, which is the same status he’s had throughout the series.
The Bucks have submitted their first injury report for Game 5 on Tuesday.

While there have been indications that the eight-time All-Star has been progressing significantly over the past few days, it does not seem like he’s arrived at a point wherein he will be healthy enough to return to the court for Game 5.
Right now, Bucks fans have no other choice but to face the possibility of not even having their best player available in what could be their final game of the season.
While this might be a depressing notion for the supporters, just imagine how Antetokounmpo must be feeling right now. The fact that he hasn’t been able to help his team throughout the postseason has to be killing him. You can only wonder what type of impact this would have on the former back-to-back MVP if he isn’t even able to play in what turns out to be a season-ending loss on Tuesday night.
