The Wisconsin Badgers have had a busy Signing Day. They have inked some high-profile recruits and Luke Fickell is showing off his prowess on the trail once again. The Badgers got a last-minute flip when three-star tight end Rob Booker flipped his commitment from Big Ten newcomer UCLA to Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Badgers Flip TE Rob Booker
This is actually not the first time that Booker has committed to the Badgers. He committed to the program in January but by June he had changed his mind and opted to go west to the Bruins. Fickell never gave up and inked the talented tight end on Wednesday. The 6-foot-6, 215-pound tight end out of Waunakee, Wisconsin has a lot to improve but the raw skills are there. His height alone makes him a great red-zone target.
2024 Rankings
The Badgers have a total of 22 players committed for the 2024 cycle. According to On3, Wisconsin has the 23rd ranked class just ahead of the Missouri Tigers. They are seventh in the Big Ten which still puts them in the top half of the conference. The challenge for Fickell in 2024 is to try and take all of this talent and turn it into a great on-field product. The schedule isn’t easy as Alabama comes to Camp Randall early in the season and then games against USC, Oregon, and the much-improved Nebraska Cornhuskers are also on the schedule.
Can the Wisconsin Badgers make some noise in the Big Ten this year? It is going to be tough but Fickell continues to get talent to come to Madison.
