Davion Hannah, a 2025 four-star recruit, is the top player in the state of Wisconsin for his recruiting class. Hannah has attracted the attention of the recruiting staff for quite some time, but now the Badgers have become serious about landing the star. Wisconsin will have to work hard to land one of the best recruits to ever come out of the state.

Hannah, a 6-foot-5-inch, 175-pound combination guard from Milwaukee, Wisconsin is considered to be one of the best players in the nation. The 2025 recruiting class is full of talent, and Hannah finds himself near the top of the class in terms of his ability.
Hannah has been regarded as one of the top guards in the 2025 recruiting class. This past season, Hannah cut through defenses and displayed his three-level scoring ability against tough competition. The talented guard can fire away from behind the arc, or cut into the paint for an easy bucket. No matter how you want to score, Hannah is capable of doing so.
This past season, Hannah also developed as a play-maker which brings more promise to his collegiate career. Hannah already knows how to score, but adding in another wrinkle to his game could be a great addition. The guard is shaping up to put together his best season yet as a Junior in 2023.
Wisconsin Basketball Up Against Tough Competition For Exceptional In-State Recruiting Target
While the Wisconsin basketball staff may be pulling out all the stops for Hannah, plenty of other programs are doing the exact same. Arizona State, Marquette, and Auburn have also kept close contact with the recruit as of late. Hannah currently holds nine scholarship offers and recently has received more interest due to his play this Summer.
The Wisconsin Badgers basketball staff will continue to keep a close eye on Hannah this upcoming season. The talented recruit has just begun his recruiting process, so it may be quite some time before he begins to narrow down his schools. In the meantime, the Wisconsin basketball stuff will continue to intensely recruit Hannah.
