- Began his coaching career on the collegiate level in 1997 at Maine Maritime Academy as the wide receivers/tight ends coach for one season.
- Tutored LB Blake Martinez in 2019 as he set the Packers’ single-season record (since 1975) with 203 tackles (127 solo), eclipsing LB Nick Barnett’s mark of 194 tackles in 2005.
- In 2020, coached LB Krys Barnes as he led NFL undrafted rookies with 78 tackles (47 solo) and five tackles for a loss, becoming just the third undrafted player in the NFL since 2000 to record 75-plus tackles as a rookie
- Joined the Packers on Jan. 24, 2019.
