The Packers have been struggling to create turnovers this season. Early in the game versus the Commanders, the Packers dropped several interceptions. De’Vondre Campbell finally made them pay. Watch Campbell take this turnover to the house.

These are the kinds of plays we expected from the Packer’s defense this season. Campbell has been struggling all season with missed tackles and some were starting to question his playmaking ability after getting a large contract. Campbell finally came up big on the field. He jumped the route, picked the ball off, and then rumbled 59 yards for the score. It was exactly the play the team needed to get out to an early lead on Sunday. Hopefully, the defense will be able to keep the pressure up throughout the game.
Packer’s Defense Looks Good Early
I wouldn’t be surprised if the defense gets more turnovers this game. Say what you want about Joe Barry, but his defense has looked much better in the past couple of weeks. The corners, especially Jaire Alexander, have looked aggressive and are flocking to the ball. This is the type of defense that the Packers were hoping they would have all season but it is nice to see it now.
The Packers have not looked great this season but they are still in a great position for the postseason. The main goal is to get to the playoffs. At that point, anything can happen. The Packers have issues to fix and it is good to see them start to figure things out on defense. The De’Vondre Campbell turnover is a nice start.
