This season has not gone as planned for the Green Bay Packers. One player that has played exceptionally poorly is quarterback Aaron Rodgers. After back-to-back MVP seasons, Rodgers has looked off. He is missing open receivers, throwing inaccurate balls, and is unable to score when needed. This has caused many analysts to suggest trading the future Hall of Famer. One trade proposal sends Aaron Rodgers to this AFC team.
Trade Proposal Sends Aaron Rodgers To AFC Team
NBC Sports analyst Peter King thinks he has the perfect landing spot for Aaron Rodgers, the Las Vegas Raiders. Similar to the Packers, the Raiders are also having a disappointing season. They acquired Davante Adams in a trade with the Packers and had high hopes to compete in the AFC. Now, they are looking like they will not even compete in the AFC West. King suggests that the Packers would get back Derek Carr and a third-round pick in the deal as the Raiders may be souring on their quarterback. King admits that there is a while to go in the season so a lot can change but this might help both teams.
Trade Might Make Sense For Both Teams
The Raiders would be able to reunite Rodgers with Adams, a tandem that wreaked havoc on the league for years. They would hopefully be able to capture one last epic season from Rodgers and compete for a Super Bowl. The Packers would be able to get out of the Rodgers deal and get a serviceable quarterback in return. Green Bay would have to decide what to do with Jordan Love in that situation. Most likely, they would stick with Carr and look to trade Love to another team for picks.
The season is not over though it looks as though the Packers will be on the outside looking in for the postseason. The team just does not seem to have the consistency to put a run together. What the Packers do with Aaron Rodgers will be something to watch in the offseason.

The ones in charge of getting players in and with the money are doing a horrible job If Arron would not have got that money would he have left I doubt it that would have stopped all this garbage going on nobody is worth all that money just a big lesson to learn let them leave its not gonna benefit them the best thing is going to a losing team that pays alot of money out but the loyalty is gone.It spirals into one big mess as the Green Bay Packers are finding out.Just sad we gave all are great players to other teams Kansas City 2 players Devonte Adams and Vikings got a player these where all star players nothing good will come out of the packers which is sad I hope somewhere soon within a couple years get some good players from draft this is a very scarey time.
Respectfully one of the worst ideas I’ve ever read. Giving up our franchise QB for Carr and a 3rd round pick?!? And to the team that took our best WR on a free transfer?! I’d be saying “look, you took our WR for free, you can get Rodgers but you’re gonna have to overpay to account for what you should’ve given us for Adams too
