Tom Brady, the winningest quarterback in NFL history, announced his retirement today on social media. He ends his career as the holder of numerous regular season and postseason records.
Packers Fans React to Tom Brady’s Retirement Announcement
Over the years, Tom Brady has faced the Green Bay Packers several times. Comparing Aaron Rodgers to Brady, debating who was better, has been a pass-time of fans and analysts for over a decade. Due to the long history of Brady’s and Rodgers’ dominance, Packers fans had some pretty humorous reactions to Brady’s retirement announcement.

So, since Tom Brady’s retiring, I think it’s a pretty safe bet that Aaron Rodgers plays in 2023. A guy with that kind of ego — it’s not a bad thing, but let’s be real here — isn’t going to be overshadowed on the Hall of Fame stage.

Aaron Rodgers literally yesterday on the @PatMcAfeeShow : "I'm not deciding or announcing anything before the Super Bowl. These next two weeks are for the Eagles and Chiefs, not me."

This also mean Aaron Rodgers is 100% not retiring so Welcome Back 12 https://t.co/70pPrGxkxy

There’s absolutely no way Aaron Rodgers is retiring this year now, right?
I highly doubt he would want to share the HOF stage with Tom Brady.

There is NO WAY Aaron Rodgers will want to take a back seat to Tom Brady at the HOF ceremony in 5 years.
Rodgers is coming back, guaranteed.

One common thought seems to be that Aaron Rodgers will not retire, too. Few seem to believe that he would be okay with sharing the Hall of Fame stage with Brady.
Whether or not Rodgers returns to the Packers, however, remains a looming question.
