Despite an 8-9 record and missing the playoffs for the first time in four years, the Packers will retain their Number 2 spot on the NFL’s list of teams with the most playoff appearances in this century. They are #1 among the NFC teams with the most playoff appearances since 2000.
Since 2000, Green Bay has played in the post-season 16 of those 23 seasons. That is second most in the league behind the New England Patriots who have made the playoffs 18 times since 2000. The Pats this season also finished 8-9, and like the Packers, missed out on making the 2022 playoffs with a loss on the final day of the season.
Philadelphia and Seattle each made the playoffs out of the NFC this season and are now just one season behind the Packers on this list with their 15th appearance since 2000.
