The NL Central Standings have been tightly contested all season long. Currently the Milwaukee Brewers (65-54) have the largest lead of the year at 3.5 games, but the Chicago Cubs (61-57) and Cincinnati Reds (62-58) are within striking distance of both the division as well as Wild Card.

In regards to games against below .500 teams the Cubs have the most remaining, the Reds second, and the Brewers last. The Cubs and Brewers also will square off six more times and the Reds and Cubs four more times. This should make for an exciting finish to the season.
