NFL training camps are right around the corner, and many fans are betting on the futures market for the upcoming season.

On FanDuel Sportsbook, three quarterbacks have the best odds at +700 to win the NFL MVP Award this season. They are Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, and Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs. This shouldn’t surprise to anyone because they are by far the three best quarterbacks in the NFL.

Allen, Burrow & Mahomes Are Favorites To Win 2023 NFL MVP

Josh Allen completed 63.3% of his passes for 4,283 yards passing, 35 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions last season. He also rushed for 762 yards on 124 carries and seven touchdowns. Allen will need to cut down on the interceptions this season to win the NFL MVP Award.

Joe Burrow completed 68.3% of his passes for 4,475 yards passing, 35 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions last season. He also rushed for 257 yards on 75 carries and five touchdowns. Burrow will need to avoid a five-interception Week 1 performance to gain traction for NFL MVP this season.

Patrick Mahomes completed 67.1% of his passes for 5,250 yards passing, 41 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions last season. He did that last season with Travis Kelce as his best target and a bunch of No. 2 wide receivers.

Other than those three players, who are some of the players that are worth betting on?

    Other Considerations for NFL MVP

    Justin Herbert (QB – LAC)

Justin Herbert, quarterback of the Los Angeles Charges, has the next-best odds to win the NFL MVP at +900. He will have Kellen Moore as the new offensive coordinator, who was the Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator last season. Herbert has a chance to throw for over 5,000 yards with the weapons he has.

    Jalen Hurts (QB – PHI)

Jalen Hurts, quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles, has +1200 odds to win the NFL MVP Award this season. Hurts was tremendous last season for Philadelphia en route to a Super Bowl appearance. He could throw for 4,000 yards and rush to close to 1,000 yards, totaling over 40 total touchdowns this season.

    Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX)

Trevor Lawrence, quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars, has +1600 odds to win the NFL MVP Award this season. Jacksonville feels like they are ready to take it to the next level after going 9-8 a season ago and winning a playoff game under head coach Doug Pederson. The AFC South is weak. With Jacksonville leading the way and Trevor Lawrence turning back the clock to his Clemson days, he could throw for over 4,500 yards and 30+ touchdowns.
