Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill made major NFL news after a report came out on his alleged activity this weekend. According to a report by Local 10 News, the Miami-Dade Police Department is investigating Hill’s connection to an incident that occurred at the Haulover Marina:
“According to a tip received by Local 10 News, at around 6 p.m. Sunday, Hill got into some kind of disagreement with an employee of one of the charter companies based at Haulover Marina that apparently ended with Hill hitting the man.”
The wrong time for Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill to make NFL news
This is always a worrisome time for every NFL front office. Players are on their summer break in between OTAs and training camp. Typically several NFL athletes find themselves making the headlines for the wrong reasons. The New England Patriots saw that recently with the arrest of their cornerback, Jack Jones, who faces charges related to bringing a concealed weapon to an airport.
Hill has made headlines related to violence before. He was kicked off the Oklahoma State University football team in a domestic assault and battery by strangulation case he would plead guilty for. Hill was investigated in 2019 for child abuse allegations. The NFL found that he did not violate the league’s personal conduct policy after a medical report found the child’s injury to be an accident.
