NFL News: The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears have one of the most hated rivalries in all of sports. The first meeting between the two teams came on November 27th, 1921. Chicago came away victorious in that meeting 20-0. Their most recent meeting came on December 4th, 2022. Green Bay won that contest 28-19. Currently, the Green Bay Packers hold a 105-95-6 all-time record against the Chicago Bears. Over the years, the two teams have taken shots at each other on and off the field. Today, one Chicago Bears player is getting roasted by Green Bay Packers fans for his comments towards the fans.
Green Bay Packers Fans Rip DT Justin Jones On Social Media After His Comments Towards Fans (NFL News)
In a press conference, Justin Jones left no room for interpretation. He made it very clear how he feels about the Green Bay Packers and the fans.
“I wish [Rodgers] played one more year, with Green Bay, honestly. We went up there and played a pretty good game. They got away from us at the end, obviously, and they won, but their fans are really sh—y. I wanted to go up there and I wanted to play them and I wanted to beat them and I wanted him to be there so he can see it.”
“Just the way that they’re freaking obnoxious, just yelling about all that other stuff that doesn’t even matter.”
“Half of them don’t even know football. It’s so wierd to me. I’m just ready to go back out there and play. I want to go out there and beat the hell out of them on their field, and I want to hear the boos then. That’s what I look forward to.
Many Green Bay Packers fans might be wondering who Justin Jones is. Jones is a defensive tackle who was drafted by the Chargers in the 3rd round of the NFL draft. He attended college at NC State and was signed by the Bears in 2022.
He started 17 games last season and recorded four passes defended, three sacks and 52 tackles. In two games against the Packers, he had 10 tackles in 91 defensive snaps. Jones has not made a significant impact as a Chicago Bear against the Packers. After he made this comment, Green Bay Packers fans took to social media in waves to respond to his comments:

Huh, maybe I’m just part of the half that doesn’t know football, but I had no clue who Justin Jones even was. When a team hasn’t beaten yours in almost 5 years I guess you don’t see much of a point in learning their roster. I promise to do better Dustin Jones 👍

I lived in Wisconsin for ten years. Packer fans fight with you if you remind them that Lombardi left to coach the Giants. They think he died giving a half time speech. They still think Dan Majkowski is a Hall of Fame QB. They line the highway when opposing teams come into to town and moon the buses. The police received free dinners of they could find a Bear player and give him a ticket. They cheap shot McMahon and broke his shoulder. Cheap shot Walter Payton and Mat Suhey. Wore towels with Bear jersey numbers so they knew who had bounties on their heads by the head coach.
The team has won a few games, But Jones is right, the fans are mindless idiots who know nothing about football. But I am sure they know how say stupid things on social media…..just watch
