NBA news: The saga continues. The Philadelphia 76ers are still unable to find a deal that will send James Harden packing despite the former NBA MVP’s incessant desire to jump ship. Harden has a lot of experience in forcing his way out of a team, and it now looks like he’s up to his usual antics again.
NBA News: James Harden Removes Sixers From Twitter Bio, Posts Cryptic IG Story

No, James has not brought out the fat suit just yet — or at least that I know of. His latest actions come in the form of a couple of cryptic moves on social media.
On Wednesday, Harden decided to remove any affiliation to the Sixers on his Twitter bio:

The Sixers superstar then followed it up with a cryptic post on Instagram on Thursday:
“Been comfortable for so long. It’s time to get uncomfortable,” Harden wrote.

There’s no way to tell what Harden was actually thinking with these two moves, and for all we know, it could have absolutely nothing to do with the trade rumors. Then again, with Harden, there’s always more to what’s on the surface.
NBA News: Does James Harden Consider Bucks as Potential Landing Spot?

Given that this is James Harden we’re talking about here, it wouldn’t be surprising if the Milwaukee Bucks, at the very least, did their due diligence on the seven-time All-NBA guard. However, that conversation between the front office probably did not last very long.
For his part, Harden has made it abundantly clear that he wants to play for the Los Angeles Clippers. He’s also doing everything he can to make this dream become a reality, and to a certain extent, so have the Sixers. The Bucks were never really in the mix for Harden amid this extended trade saga, which at the end of the day, is probably a good thing for Milwaukee.
