After being knocked out of the In-Season Tournament Semifinal by the Indiana Pacers, the Milwaukee Bucks got their revenge Tuesday night beating the Pacers with a score of 140-126. This is the Bucks 11th straight win at home and sixth game scoring 130 points or more.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Makes History Dropping Franchise Record 64 Points versus Indiana Pacers
Giannis Antetokounmpo made history exploding for a career-high 64 points. This is also a Bucks franchise record, surpassing Michael Redd’s 57-point performance back on November 11th, 2006. Antetokounmpo also added 14 rebounds and 4 steals on the defensive end in Tuesday’s contest.

Giannis was unstoppable versus the Pacers. Simply put, he was too much of a force for Indiana’s big men and took over the game from the first minute to the last. He scored 21 of his 64 in the first half, giving the Bucks a seven-point lead going into the locker room.
The second half was even more dominant, dropping 26 points in the fourth quarter and adding the exclamation with a tomahawk slam in the last 30 seconds of the game. This is his third 50-plus point performance versus the Pacers in his career.
Bobby Portis Ejected in Fourth Quarter for Milwaukee Bucks
While the Bucks were able to redeem themselves against Indiana behind Antetokounmpo’s historical night, not everything was smooth sailing this game. Pacers forward Aaron Nesmith tackled Giannis on a drive with just over ten minutes remaining in the contest, resulting in multiple players getting in a heated exchange.
Bobby Portis was visibly upset for a couple minutes after the play ended and was assessed with a technical foul. He was then seen getting physical with Obi Toppin a couple possessions later, giving him his second technical foul, which ended his night. Portis made a big impact on the floor before getting ejected, finishing with 19 points while shooting 8-13 from the field off the bench.

After making two more three-pointers in Tuesday’s win, Damian Lillard has moved into the top five three-point scorers in the history of the NBA, surpassing former Milwaukee Buck Kyle Korver with 2,451 three pointers. Lillard now chases Reggie Miller, who made 2,560 threes in his career. While every player on Milwaukee was overshadowed by Antetokounmpo’s performance, he still managed to put up 21 points and 6 assists versus Indiana.
The Milwaukee Bucks will look to extend their home win streak to 12 games Saturday night where the Detroit Pistons will travel to Fiserv Forum.
