Milwaukee Bucks news: The Indiana Pacers have had to navigate the past few games without starting shooting guard Bruce Brown. The 27-year-old has been dealing with a lingering knee injury that has forced him to sit out five straight games, including Monday’s big win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
The good news for Pacers fans is that Brown’s injury spell will end on Wednesday night.
Bruce Brown’s Final Status Vs. Milwaukee Bucks
It took the Pacers some time before finally making their decision on Brown. As it turns out, he has been deemed healthy enough to give it a go on Wednesday night.
The Pacers confirmed roughly an hour before tip-off that Brown will be available to play:

The last time Brown played against the Bucks (on December 13 at Milwaukee), he put up nine points, eight rebounds, nine assists, and two steals in an impressive all-around performance. He will be looking to do it again on Wednesday night as he returns to the starting lineup.
Andrew Nembhard Ruled Out
It’s not all good news for the Pacers, though. Along with the massive Brown update, the team also confirmed that second-year combo guard Andrew Nembhard will be unavailable due to a back injury. The 23-year-old tweaked his back on Monday against the Bucks and was unable to return.
Nembhard had been starting in place of Brown, which means that Indiana would have been extremely shorthanded at the backcourt if Brown was also unavailable.
