The Milwaukee Bucks have now found themselves in a tough spot. This is after they fell to the No. 3 seed in the East after a disappointing 113-88 blowout loss to the Orlando Magic on the final day of the regular season.
The Bucks now head to the first round of the Playoffs to battle the No. 6 seed in the conference, which just so happens to be none other than the Indiana Pacers.
In case you forgot, Milwaukee is 1-4 against Tyrese Haliburton and Co. this season.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Malik Beasley’s Pacers Warning Resurfaces
Back in January, shortly after the Bucks suffered their fourth loss to the Pacers this season, Malik Beasley spoke openly about facing Indiana in the Playoffs. At that point, the veteran sharpshooter was adamant that the Bucks and the Pacers were destined to battle it out in the postseason:
“I know we’re going to play them in the playoffs, and boy, it’s not going to be pretty for them,” Beasley said.

Unsurprisingly, this clip has now gotten a lot of traction again on social media after the first-round playoff matchup between Milwaukee and Indiana became official.
The first part of Beasley’s statement has now turned prophetic. The second part, however, remains to be seen. Recent history is clearly in favor of Indiana, and the Bucks will need to work extremely hard to turn the tides in their favor now that the postseason has finally arrived.
