The Milwaukee Bucks will take their talents on the road for a Monday night road showdown in the NBA against the Denver Nuggets. Milwaukee has a 32-14 record entering this contest and Denver has a 32-15 record entering this contest.
The Bucks are currently seeded second in the Eastern Conference and the Nuggets are currently seeded third in the Western Conference. This could be a 2024 NBA Finals preview. There is no doubt that these are two of the top five teams in the NBA squaring up against each other on Monday night.
In the Milwaukee Bucks last game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday, they won that game by a final score of 141-117. Milwaukee was led by once again Giannis Antetokounmpo with 30 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists. Antetokounmpo can very well be in the race for the NBA MVP in 2023-2024.

Damian Lillard also scored 26 points on Saturday for Milwaukee and Brook Lopez also scored 24 points for the Bucks. Joe Prutny has been serving as the interim head coach for this basketball team over the past few games, but it is very possible that Doc Rivers will make his Bucks coaching debut on Monday night on the road.

It will be interesting to see what happens to what he does against one of the better coaches in the NBA in Mike Malone of the Denver Nuggets. This will be the third coach for the Bucks coaching the team in the last few weeks because Adrian Griffin Jr. was fired last week.
Players to Watch For On the Denver Nuggets Against the Milwaukee Bucks

The Denver Nuggets also last played on Saturday at home against the Philadelphia 76ers. Denver won that matchup over a Joel Embiid-less Philadelphia 76ers basketball team by a final score of 111-105. Embiid is only allowed to miss a few more games this season or otherwise, he can not be considered for the NBA MVP Award.
Speaking of NBA MVP, Nikola Jokic will be in contention for the NBA MVP Award once again this season. He is walking double-double every single night in this league. Jokic against Philadelphia scored 26 points, grabbed 16 rebounds, and recorded seven assists.
Jamal Murray scored 23 points for Denver and Michael Porter Jr. also added 20 points for the Nuggets. There will be no shortage of points scored in this Monday night showdown between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Denver Nuggets. The final score of this one could be 130-127 and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see either team win.
