The Milwaukee Bucks took care of business on Wednesday night in their first game following head coach Adrian Griffin’s untimely exit. The Bucks came into the game with assistant Joe Prunty taking over as interim coach as we all await the official announcement of one-time NBA champion Doc Rivers as the team’s new head honcho.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the charge for the Bucks in an impressive 126-116 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Fiserv Forum, thereby making amends for the 40-point loss against the same opponents on January 17.

After logging his seventh triple-double of the season with 35 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists, Antetokounmpo took to Twitter to share a three-word tweet following the win:

It’s quite an intriguing tweet given the circumstances, to say the least.
To be fair, Giannis followed up the tweet by revealing that this was actually the title of his mom’s new single.
Yup, you read that right. Veronica Antetokounmpo, the 59-year-old mother of the famed Antetokounmpo brothers, has a single out on the various music streaming platforms. Apparently, Giannis was merely promoting his mom’s new song.

Be that as it may, some fans could not help but call Giannis out for his tweet. Naturally, there were more than a few references to Adrian Griffin and the rumors that Antetokounmpo played a role in the coach’s recent dismissal:
