Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo had another triple-double on Sunday night as he helped lead his team to a hard-fought 143-142 overtime victory against the Sacramento Kings. The former back-to-back MVP finished with 27 points on 9-of-16 shooting, to go along with 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and three steals in 40 minutes of action.
Despite his heroics, however, it was Damian Lillard who stole the show with his EPIC game-winning triple at the buzzer.
Giannis Reacts to Damian Lillard’s Game-Winner for Milwaukee Bucks
Lillard had to bust out the Dame Time celebration after he drained a 32-feet go-ahead triple at the buzzer to beat the Kings. It was an undeniably massive moment that demanded an equally massive celebration:

Even Giannis Antetokounmpo had to join in on the celebrations after the buzzer as the Bucks players tapped their wrists to mimic Lillard’s famed Dame Time celly. It’s not often that we see this celebration from Lillard these days, but as he said himself, the moment called for it on Sunday night.
Giannis himself had a memorable reaction to his superstar teammate’s game-winning heroics. Anteotkounmpo said after the game that he knew the game was theirs even before the ball hit the bottom of the net:
“When I saw the ball in the air, I was like, this s**t is going in,” Giannis said, via Gabe Stoltz of Brew Hoop.
He wasn’t wrong. And what followed was without a doubt Damian Lillard’s most iconic moment as a Milwaukee Buck thus far.
