The Chicago Bulls face an extremely tough test on Thursday night when they battle a surging Milwaukee Bucks side. To make matters worse for Chicago, it appears that they will be extremely shorthanded when they host Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. at the United Center.
Zach LaVine’s Injury Status Vs. Milwaukee Bucks
The Bulls have released their injury report ahead of Thursday’s clash and it’s looking pretty bad for them. One name that immediately pops out is Zach LaVine, who has been listed as questionable to play due to a foot injury.
The silver lining here for the Bulls is that the issue does not sound too serious. LaVine was forced to exit Tuesday’s blowout loss to the Boston Celtics after sustaining a foot injury. He was unable to return and was later diagnosed with a sore right foot.
It is worth noting that the Bulls were getting their behinds whopped by the Celtics, which probably factored in on Chicago’s decision to yank LaVine for the remainder of the lopsided contest. He finished with two points on 1-of-9 shooting, two rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 25 minutes of play.
Bulls Dealing With More Injuries
Unfortunately for Chicago, it’s not just LaVine who’s on the injury report. Alex Caruso is expected to play a bigger role for the Bulls if LaVine ends up sitting out, but he too is questionable to play due to a left toe strain.
DeMar DeRozan, who exited Tuesday’s defeat because of an ankle issue, is also questionable to play.
