The Milwaukee Bucks are partnering with FPC Live to bring two concert venues to the Deer District.  These two venues will be developed in the northeast section of the Deer District.  The Deer District currently resides in the location that used to be the Bradley Center.

    Who is FPC Live?

Frank Promotions, a Wisconsin born company is the parent company to FPC Live.  FPC Live is the largest promoter of events in Wisconsin.  Together, Frank Promotions and FPC Live promote nearly 550 events in the Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin.  FPC Live acquired the majority interest in Frank Promotions in 2018.  Together they have found a way to integrate their values into one another.

We are excited to announce our project to build two new concert venues, in joint venture with the Milwaukee Bucks, in @DeerDistrict, located in the northeast section of the former Bradley Center. The venues are slated to open in late 2023.

    Building Timeline

These two venues plan to begin construction in late 2022 and be up and running by late 2023.  Estimates show that construction costs will be roughly $50 million.  Good news for Milwaukee residents, FPC Live isn’t requesting any financial assistance from the city itself.  The building of these venues will bring more than 500 construction jobs as well as several dozen full-time jobs.  An estimated 600 part-time jobs will also be created.

The larger venue will have an approximate capacity of 4,000 while the smaller venue will hold roughly 800.

    Economic Impact

FPC Live estimates these venues will host more than 135 events and bring an additional 200,000 people to downtown Milwaukee.  During the last few years, hundreds of businesses saw the affects of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Bringing events to Milwaukee will help soften the blow many of these businesses took during that time.  With the addition of these event venues, more businesses are sure to follow, further enhancing the experience for many eventgoers.
