The Milwaukee Brewers made headlines last week with two free agent signing. They signed first basement Rhys Hoskins and infielder Christian Arroyo. The Brewers continue to be spenders this offseason. They are bringing in outfielder Chavez Young.
Milwaukee Brewers Sign Chavez Young
Young, a 26-year-old outfielder, has played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Great Britain team in the World Baseball Classic (2023).

Chavez has also tallied AT LEAST 20 SB in each of his last 5 seasons, including 32 SB last year between Double-A and Triple-A

In 2023, Young had 302 at-bats and got 61 hits, including five home runs. He had 34 RBI runs batted in, stole 32 bases, and ended the season with a .202 batting average, a .326 on-base percentage, and a .634 OPS. It is expected that he will begin the next season in the minor leagues and will have to work his way up to the MLB.
