The Green Bay Packers prevented what would have been a bad 2-3 start to the 2024 NFL season by beating the Los Angeles Rams on the road last Sunday, 24-19. One of the heroes of that game for the Packers was no other than 23-year-old tight end Tucker Kraft, who led his team with 88 receiving yards and two touchdowns on four receptions and five targets.
You can tell that Kraft was hyped up over his memorable performance against the Rams, as he later took to social media to express his feelings about playing for the Packers.
“Love this team,” Kraft wrote on an Instagram Story post he shared after he helped the Packers score their third win of the 2024 NFL regular season.

Green Bay Packers TE Tucker Kraft is heating up
Kraft has been turning heads of late with his play. He has found the end zone in each of the last two Green Bay games, and he’s scored three touchdowns over that span to go with 141 receiving yards on 10 receptions and 14 targets. HE scored both of the Packers’ touchdowns in the third quarter of the Los Angeles game.
On the season, Kraft, who was taken in the third round of the 2023 NFL draft by the Packers, has 218 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 16 catches.
With Romeo Doubs suspended by the team in Week 5 and Christian Watson out with an injury against the Rams, Kraft’s big game was a welcome development for the Packers, who are eighth in the league so far with a scoring average of 25.6 points per outing.
It remains to be seen whether Kraft can sustain his touchdown-scoring form in Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals, but it’s becoming clearer that he’s an important part of the Packers’ passing attack.
