Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love posted big numbers in Week 4’s date with the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field, but he also shot his team in the foot multiple times with repeated blunders.
After the Packers’ 31-29 loss to San Darnold and company on Sunday, Love admitted that his performance in the Minnesota game was not up to par.

“Just wasn’t playing well enough,” Love said of himself. “I think ball placement was a little all over the place today, kinda throughout the whole game, and I think it picked up later. … I think early on, just missed a couple throws and was a little bit off and you know, made it hard on some of the receivers on some of those plays.”
Jordan Love’s interceptions, inaccuracy hurt the Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings
Love’s two interceptions in the first half certainly helped the Vikings, who scored a touchdown following each of those picks. The Vikings raced to a 28-0 lead in the first half before the Packers scored a touchdown late in the second quarter to prevent an embarrassing zero-point output by halftime.
Then the Packers scored two touchdowns on back-to-back possessions in the fourth quarter to get within six points of the Vikings before another interception from Love hurt Green Bay’s comeback bid.
Although Love generated a whopping 389 passing yards, he needed 54 pass attempts to get there. He had four touchdown tosses overall and three interceptions.
Love was still not at his 100 percent in the Minnesota game, so the Packers will just have to hope that it will get better in his next start. The Packers, who are 2-2 after four weeks of football, will head west for Week 5’s assignment against the Los Angeles Rams this coming Sunday.’
