Coming off of a huge 131-128 win against the Washington Wizards on Friday, the Milwaukee Bucks have submitted their injury report for Sunday’s contest against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton listed on Bucks’ Injury Report
After leaving Friday’s game due to left Achilles soreness, Khris Middleton has officially been listed as OUT for Sunday’s game with left Achilles tendonitis. Middleton left with a little over ten minutes left in the third quarter, where coach Adrian Griffin initially said they were taking him out for precautionary measures and that his injury wouldn’t require further imaging.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been listed as ‘probable’ for Sunday’s game with a non-COVID related illness. It seems within the last week or so, the former back-to-back MVP has contracted some sort of bug, getting his name on the injured list for the past two games. The good news however, is that he’s listed as probable, which means he could be well enough to play through the sickness.
Antetokounmpo was also on Friday’s injury report against the Wizards, but ended up suiting up and playing, scoring 31 points, grabbing nine rebounds and three assists in 37 minutes of play.
Jae Crowder is also listed as out as he suffered an injury a couple of weeks ago that sidelines him for two months after getting surgery.
This is the first time the Milwaukee Bucks are facing the Portland Trail Blazers since the trade that brought Damian Lillard to the 414.
