The Green Bay Packers have had a memorable off-season so far, to say the least. They have done their fair share of free agent additions, trades, and re-signings. However they may not be done, and there is one former Packers player who makes a lot of sense. With David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins both questionable to start the season, one former Packers name certainly makes a lot of sense. OT Bryan Bulaga, who is currently a free agent.
Bryan Bulaga Back To Green Bay?

Bryan Bulaga was drafted in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft. He played in Green Bay from 2010 to 2019. He was a solidified STUD at that right tackle position for years. Bulaga and David Bakhtiari made a formidable duo for quite some time. Unfortunately for Bulaga, after being released from Green Bay he has dealt with some injury issues. He only started 10 games in 2020, and then in 2021 he injured his back in week 1 and never saw the field again that season.
It is important to note that Green Bay’s three offensive line draft picks have high expectations. Green Bay has a long history of hitting on mid to late round offensive lineman who can come in and contribute almost immediately. However with that being said, you can’t deny the veteran presence that Bulaga would bring to the offensive line. Given that he is coming off two injury riddled seasons, the Packers would certainly be able to get him on a cheaper veteran minimum type deal. Green Bay could turn this into a low risk, high reward type of signing.
