The Green Bay Packers only have two players on the NFL’s Top 100 List. This list is voted on by NFL players themselves to rank the top 100 players in the league. For the second straight reason, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was voted the third best player in the NFL.

Aaron Rodgers Should Have Been Voted Number One
Do NFL players enjoy giving Aaron Rodgers chips to put on his shoulder? That is the only explanation for why the defending back-to-back MVP was not voted number one. As talented as Aaron Donald is, quarterback is by far the most important position in the sport. And as far as talent goes, Rodgers is currently much better than Tom Brady.
Over the past two seasons, Aaron Rodgers has thrown for 8,414 yards, 85 touchdowns, and just nine interceptions. Tom Brady threw 12 interceptions in each of the past two seasons while throwing 83 touchdown passes. Rodgers also has a quarterback rating of 116.7 compared to Brady’s 102.1. Additionally, he has a better completion percentage than Brady: 69.8% compared to 66.7%. The only passing stat in which Brady has better numbers than Rodgers is in passing yards: 9,949 to 8,414 (as stated earlier). This, though, is not surprising as Brady has thrown the ball nearly 300 more times than Rodgers over the past two seasons.
Social Media Reacted to the Ranking
As one might expect, social media was up in arms over the snub of the defending MVP. Well, except for Skip Bayless.
NFL players got it right voting Brady over Aaron Rodgers, who was just announced as No. 3 on the Top 100. But please don't tell me they voted Aaron DONALD over Brady. That would be a joke.

There were, however, many who felt the ranking was not correct:
Tom Brady's last 2 seasons:
• 66.7 completion %
• 83 TDs
• 24 INTsAaron Rodgers' last 2 seasons:
• 69.8 completion %
• 85 TDs
• 8 INTsRodgers also won 2 MVPs in that time span.

Aaron Rodgers has 4 MVP’s, yet he’s only been #1 on the NFL Top 100 list once…

The only time Aaron Rodgers was voted number one was in 2012.
