According to Mike Garafolo with the NFL Network, Christian Kirksey announced his intention to retire. He recorded 778 tackles, created 16.5 sacks, and made seven interceptions during his nine-year NFL career.
After a successful nine-year career, LB Christian Kirksey has informed the #Bills he intends to retire, according to his agents. The 2014 third-round pick of the #Browns walks away after recording 778 tackles, 16.5 sacks and seven interceptions.

Kirksey signed a two-year deal with the Green Bay Packers in the 2020 offseason. He started in 11 games for the Packers in 2020 but spent some of the season on injured reserve for a pectoral injury.

Kirksey recorded 77 total tackles, four passes defensed, two interceptions, and two sacks with the Packers. The Packers released Kirksey during the 2021 offseason.
