There is a great deal of excitement surrounding the Wisconsin Badgers football team. Indeed, Badgers fans have rarely been this excited for a season to start since Russell Wilson transferred to the program. The Green Bay Packers may not have four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers in training camp after trading him to the New York Jets, but they did have five-time MVP Peyton Manning visit camp on Monday. Manning was there with representative from his media company, Omaha Productions, to talk about an upcoming project. Former Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Kolten Wong was part of the trade that brought Jesse Winker in from the Seattle Mariner. Both Wong and Winker have underperformed this season, and the former Brewers second baseman will now be searching for his third team in two years. The Mariners made the decision to designate Wong for assignment after no trade suitors were found for him. The Luis Urias experiment with the Milwaukee Brewers has come to an end. The struggling utility infielder, who has battled injuries for much of his tenure in Milwaukee, continued to perform poorly at the plate following a demotion to Triple-A Nashville. Of course, the biggest change is that Jordan Love is taking over at quarterback after Green Bay traded Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets.
