Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are preparing for a win-and-in scenario in Week 18 NFL action against the NFC North arch-rival Chicago Bears. While tensions are high between the two teams and fan bases, fans in Green Bay should simply be excited that their team is in this position to begin with.
Earlier this season, it appeared that the Packers were headed towards a very high pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Everyone had all but given up on their chances to turn things around. Behind an impressive stretch run from Love and the Green Bay offense, the franchise now appears to be back as a contender in the NFC.
Love has been winning over analysts and the media left and right in recent weeks. He has not slowed down and has continued developing and getting better each and every week.
Colin Cowherd Finally Gives Jordan Love The Nod For Green Bay Packers QB Of The Future
Early on in the 2023 NFL season, Cowherd was ready to give up on Love. He even suggested that the Packers should look for a different quarterback. Now, he has changed his tune a bit.
In a segment on The Herd, he finally gave in and said that Jordan Love is the quarterback of the future for the Green Bay Packers.

Love has been an absolute monster in recent weeks. On the season, his first as the full-time starter, Love has completed 63.1 percent of his pass attempts for 3,843 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. He has also picked up 248 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.
Those numbers are very much on track with what Aaron Rodgers produced in his first full year as the Packers’ starter.
With Love playing well and the young team around him, the Green Bay Packers appear well set up for the future. It seems that the franchise has done it again. They may very well have found their third straight star quarterback.
It will be interesting to see what Jordan Love and company can do this week against the Bears. If he can lead the team to another big win, the Green Bay Packers will enter the playoffs as either the No. 7 or No. 6 seed in the NFC playoff picture.
