The Green Bay Packers could be without one of their best players on offense against the New Orleans Saints in Week 3. The Packers’ offense was without David Bakhtiari, Aaron Jones, and Christian Watson during the team’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2.
Green Bay Packers get a concerning update on Aaron Jones
The Packers had their first day of practice for Week 3 on Wednesday. According to Rob Demovsky with ESPN, Aaron Jones could not participate in individual drills during practice.
Christian Watson (hamstring) went through individual drills, while Aaron Jones (hamstring) did not.
Also in the rehab group: David Bakhtiari, Elgton Jenkins.

The status of Jones at Wednesday’s practice casts doubts the star running back will be able to play against the Saints in Week 3. Jones is dealing with a hamstring injury he sustained in Week 1.
According to Matt Schneidman with The Athletic, Jones warmed up with the team with his helmet on. But didn’t join the team outside for practice.
Aaron Jones warmed up with team inside with a helmet on, but he didn’t come outside for the start of practice open to reporters.
Christian Watson is practicing.
David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins are not. Everybody else on the 53 is.

Head coach Matt LaFleur said it was a good sign Jones had a helmet on last week during warmups. But that didn’t much matter when he was ruled out in Week 2. It doesn’t seem like Jones has made much progress from last week.
