The Milwaukee Bucks have had a rocky season after the hot start. A large part of this is due to the number of injuries they have had to endure. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, and Khris Middleton plus some key role players have all missed time. This has led a lot of people to question how far the Bucks can go this season. On Tuesday night, Shaquille O’Neal revealed what he thinks the Bucks’ ceiling is for this season.

Shaq On The Bucks’ Ceiling
Shaq thinks the injuries are what is hampering the Bucks. Once they get the players back, he thinks they will be championship-caliber. “They’re gonna be having another parade,” Shaq said when talking about what the Bucks will be when all of their players are back. He thinks that a full-strength Bucks team is the best in the league and will take home an NBA championship. The question is when will everyone be back at full strength?
Getting Everyone Back
The key to this statement is that everyone needs to come back healthy. The team has been cautious with Giannis for good reason. I don’t think Giannis has actually been injured this season but is being held out to make sure he doesn’t become injured. Holiday seems to be recovered from his injury. The real question mark is Middleton. He has only appeared in a handful of games this season. They need him to come back and integrate into the rotation before the playoff push comes.
There is no question that the full-strength Bucks roster is one of the best in the league. These injuries have also allowed other young players to step up which may come into play later in the season. The Bucks’ ceiling is a championship. Hopefully, they can get healthy and bring one home.
