The Wisconsin football staff has landed another massive commitment, giving the Badger fans a fourth of July special.
Emerson Mandell, a 2024 four-star and top-ranking recruit from Minnesota, has committed to the Wisconsin football team. The Badgers received a flurry of crystal ball predictions earlier today before landing the talented recruit. Wisconsin now adds another excellent offensive lineman to an already strong class along the line. Mandell lands with the Badgers over Minnesota and Iowa State.

The 6-foot-5-inch, 295-pound offensive lineman Emerson Mandell is currently the top-ranked player in the state of Minnesota. Mandell is also ranked as the 24th offensive tackle in the 2024 recruiting class as well. The Minnesota native was heavily recruited by the Golden Gophers, but eventually settled on the conference rival Wisconsin Badgers.
Mandell had also been interested in the Iowa State Cyclones, but later informed the staff he would commit elsewhere. The exceptional lineman is a big, powerful force on the gridiron and the majority of defenses have trouble getting past his frame. Mandell is a punishing blocker, but also has great movement and agility to go along with his raw strength.
The Wisconsin Badgers football staff had covertly been recruiting the lineman over the last two months. Mandell made an official visit to Madison on June 13th and previously received a scholarship offer in April. Mandell did not receive any crystal ball predictions until today, when 247 Sports dropped three different predictions for the player. Each prediction had Mandell landing with the Badgers.
