The Wisconsin basketball staff invited multiple recruits to Madison today, including two in-state 2025 prospects.
Both Will Garlock and TJ Stuttley were on-campus and had the chance to spend time with coach Greg Gard. Neither of the Wisconsin natives are ranked yet, but each player has been on the Badgers’ radar for some time. The rising Juniors could become Badgers in the distant future after getting a first-hand look at campus.
Wisconsin Basketball Eyes 2025 Targets Ahead Of Upcoming Season
The Wisconsin Badgers basketball staff has been working hard to land commitments in their 2025 class. Thus far, Greg Gard has hosted a handful of recruits on visits and shot around with them as well. Gard continues to develop relationships with highly touted recruits, which bodes well for the Badgers program.
Two recruits that have been on the radar of Gard recently are in-state athletes Will Garlock and TJ Stuttley. Both recruits are currently un-ranked in the 2025 recruiting class, but still have plenty of time to rise in the rankings in the future. In particular, Garlock, the talented center, has stood out for the Badgers and has been a local favorite as well.
Can The Wisconsin Badgers Basketball Staff Land Two In-State Studs?
Coming in at 6-foot-10-inches, 215-pounds, the talented center Will Garlock has an array of moves on offense. The center can play exceptionally well on both sides of the ball, including down in the post. Wisconsin is supremely interested in the ability that Garlock has, which is why Greg Gard has been personally close to the center during his recruitment.
With Crowl set to leave the university after this upcoming season, Garlock could be an excellent replacement. His athleticism combined with his size allows the center to make crafty plays down low, which could be just what the Badgers need.
TJ Stuttley, on the other hand, is a 6-foot-4-inch, 175-pound shooting guard who can nail shots from nearly anywhere on the court. The Wisconsin basketball program is eager to add a lights-out shooter, and Stuttley can provide just that for the team in the future. Stuttley has had problems with consistency in the past, but the shooting guard still has plenty of time to iron out his imperfections.
