Shannon Sharpe was one of many people who were impressed with Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love today. After beating the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving, many people were singing the praises of Love. He had a great day behind a defense that created three turnovers. Sharpe loved what he saw from Love today.
Jordan Love can flat out throw the 🏈. The different arm angles in which he can release the ball from as a young player is INCREDIBLE. #ThanksgivingNflFootball #Packers #Lions

Shannon Sharpe On Green Bay Packers Jordan Love
Sharpe took to social media to express how he felt about Love.
“Jordan Love can flat out throw the [football emoji]. The different arm angles in which he can release the ball from as a young player is INCREDIBLE.”
Love was dealing today. He showed off his ability to make tough throws from different arm angles. The Detroit defense tried to make Love uncomfortable but he was able to evade pressure and make throws from different arm angles. He also took care of the ball and didn’t cost his team with costly turnovers. For the first part of the season, many have wondered whether Love was the quarterback of the future. After today’s performance, more and more people are becoming convinced.
Still A Lot To Work On
The day wasn’t completely perfect. Love still has some trouble with his deep ball accuracy. On the first play, Christian Watson had a touchdown if Love led him more. It still ended in a huge gain and a scoring drive but those are plays that can matter in a game. Some untimely drops kept the Lions in the game. Regardless, this was a great win for a young team. To go on the road against a division rival and get a win on national television is huge.
Can Love keep this up? The Packers sit at 5-6 and definitely not out of the playoff picture. The rest of the schedule has some very winnable games and if they can go on a win streak, they could sneak into the playoff picture.
