The Packers Week 8 injury report included a slot of stars
The Green Bay Packers have been playing their games short-handed this season. It’s costing them numbers in the win column. The 3-4 Packers will face the toughest test of their season Sunday against the 5-1 Buffalo Bills. The Packers’ injury report was not promising for the team’s key defender desperately needed on defense.
The Packers will face a high-octane Bills offense led by quarterback Josh Allen. The defense will need a serious pass rush to keep the Bills off balance on Sunday night. One problem, linebacker Rashan Gary left the Packers’ Week 7 game with a concussion. He’s the Packers leader in sacks with six total this season. According to the Packers’ Week 8 injury report released Wednesday afternoon, he did not practice Wednesday. We’ll see if he can get on the practice field before the game against the Bills. With the new NFL concussion protocols, the odds are dicey.
